For many years I was a book keeper and administrator, until I decided to break free of my corporate shackles and retrain as an upholsterer.
Over the years, I had collected lots of pieces of furniture that everyone said should be thrown away but I thought that one day I would repair or recover them and restore them to their former glory. However, it wasn't until I became an upholsterer that I started to really see the potential in so many pieces of worn out, old furniture. With their beautiful frames and unique history, that were being thrown away and abandoned in rubbish tips, because their owners had no idea that they could be brought back to their original beauty with a bit of care, skill and some gorgeous fabric.
Recycling these unloved treasures of the past, is my passion. Giving them a new lease of life, with a contemporary twist.

COMMISSIONS
I undertake upholstery commission work for private individuals and also for corporate clients such as boutique hotels. I also work with interior designers who are looking for bespoke or statement pieces for their clients.

A carefully selected fabric can totally transform a piece of furniture. I have thousands of luxurious fabrics to choose from, ranging from contemporary abstract patterns to more classic traditional styles.

In addition to my upholstery services, I also provide a range of soft furnishings to compliment any room including; curtains, blinds and pelmets to cushions, throws and runners.
